Weekly Habit Changes – Final Thoughts

We’ve made it to the end of the month, and if you’ve joined me with these weekly habit changes, we’ve worked on four new habits this month! If you’re just finding this series now, you can still get started right at the beginning and work on these habits too. Yes, even if it’s no longer the beginning of a new year. Just start now.

I am happy to report that I am keeping up with the habit changes. I am still continuing to drink lots of water each day. I find myself craving salads more often and have increased the amounts of veggies I’ve been eating. I’m still working on quiet time each day, and because of this, I find I’m reading more books. (yay!) The big project this past week? I’m still working on it, but I’ve taken the first few steps. For me, it was to finally get a new garden started here at our current property. We used to have a small one at our last home, and I think because we have so much more land here I felt like I needed to plan a much larger garden. Instead, I’m starting small and I can add on in the future when I’m ready. I’m in the planning phase now so that I’ll be ready for March, when it’s time to plant.

How have you done? Did you keep any of the habits? Have you seen an improvement from them? I hope you did, because my goal with sharing here is to help you improve your life too.
