How to Find Time to Relax When You’re Busy

I’ve already shared with you my best tips for finding quiet time and what to do with it, as well as how to read more books. Today I have a few more ideas for you centered around rest and relaxation.

How to Use Your Daily Quiet Time to Relax and Unwind

My favorite way to relax in under 30 minutes is to treat myself to an at-home spa night. For me, this consists of some sort of face mask or face serum, a short soak in a hot bath with homemade bath salts or a homemade bath bomb, and the diffuser running. Sometimes I’ll read a book too, or enjoy a glass of wine or a mug of tea. This allows me to quiet my mind, spoil my skin, and relax my muscles. Ultimately, it puts me in a better mood.

Relaxing Diffuser Combinations

If you already have essential oils, try these combos in the diffuser to help you relax. If you don’t have oils yet, you can get started with me and I’ll teach you how to use them and send you a welcome package as a gift from me.

Good Night’s Rest
3 drops Lavender
2 drops Frankincense
1 drop Cedarwood

3 drops Stress Away
1 drop Lavender

Melt Away the Stress
