New Habit: Drink More Water

We’ve reached the end of week one of changing our habits! How are you doing? Have you met your goal to drink more water?

Reflect on this Week

If you’ve done a great job of incorporating this habit to drink more water, how do you feel? Is this a habit you want to keep? Has it improved your energy levels? The health of your skin? Any other benefits you’ve noticed?

Maybe you did not keep up with this one. If not, consider what may have stopped you from doing so. Is there something you can do differently? Maybe you need another week of practice with this one before moving on to the next one. Maybe this goal is simply not a priority for you right now.

Ultimately, you get to decide if you keep this habit or let it go. I’m personally keeping this one. When I drink more water, I drink less sugary sodas and less cups of coffee throughout the day. I feel better, my skin looks great, and I have more energy.

Don’t Forget!

Remember that I asked you to take a before picture on Monday? Now take an “end of week one” picture. Try to take it in the same place and to stand the same way you did in your first picture. What do you think? Do you notice any differences yet? Don’t worry if you don’t see any improvement just yet. We’re moving on to week two on Monday!
