Kids Nighty Night Spray with essential oils

Day Eight – Kid’s Nighty-Night Spray (or Linen Spray)

A natural way to help your kids (or yourself) relax for bed – nighty night spray – yet another reason you will love your premium starter kit! Ready to begin your essential oils journey? Get started here.  *As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.

Here is a gift for little ones that have a hard time falling asleep. Give them their own nighty-night spray to spritz on their bed and pillow each night. This can even be called a “monster be gone” spray if you know a child that is scared of monsters under the bed or in the closet.

Don’t have a child on your Christmas gift list? No problem, this recipe works beautifully as a linen spray for adults too!

Ingredients:

Small glass or stainless steel spray bottle
1 ounce of Witch Hazel
3 ounces of water
10 – 20 drops of a relaxing essential oil (like Lavender or Peace & Calming)
Small Funnel (optional, but makes it easier to pour into the spray bottle)

Directions:

Combine ingredients in the spray bottle.  Add a cute label or a tag, or wrap a few times with ribbon or string.  Shake gently before spraying pillow, bedding, and stuffed animal. Goodnight little one!

Want to Take This to the Next Level?

If you’re giving the spray to a child, add a sweet stuffed animal with it. For the adults, add a sleep mask and a pair of cozy socks.
