Here is a gift for almost anyone you can think of. We all need to drink water, and most of us get bored doing so without adding something in it. Here’s where the vitality lines comes into play. Young Living’s Vitality Oils are labeled for consumption, so they can be added to drinks and food to enhance the flavor. They are very concentrated, so one or two drops is enough for an entire glass of water. Change up your water by combining flavors too! (Please note – essential oils should not be added to plastic cups or containers – only glass or stainless steel).

Ingredients:

A bottle of your favorite Vitality Oil (Lemon, Peppermint, and Citrus Fresh are faves)
A Stainless Steel cup or Glass Water Bottle

Directions:

To give this one as a gift, simply place the cup/bottle and the vitality oil into a beautiful gift bag for the recipient. Want to try this one yourself? Add 1 -2 drops of the vitality oil to the bottom of the stainless steel cup, and then fill with water. Stir if you’d like, but it will still taste great without doing so. If you want more flavor, add more drops. I recommend lemon, peppermint, and citrus fresh vitality oils from your starter kit. Want to try something not in the starter kit? I recommend tangerine, orange, or lime.

Want to Take This to the Next Level?

Add a personalized label to your stainless steel cup or glass bottle. You can either make these yourself with a Cameo or a Cricut, or you can find some online (search Etsy). Apply the label to the cup for a personalized gift. I have given this as a gift to our childrens’ godparents in the past. They loved receiving a stainless steel cup with “Parrin” or “Nannie” on it! This can also work for teachers, grandparents (“Mimi”, “Pop”, etc.), college students (their monogram, college initials or mascot, etc.), or even a friend. This would be a great swap gift if the label is something more general or funny.

Not Really a DIY Person?

Young Living has 2 delicious flavors of Vitality Drops, which include vitality oils as well as naturally occurring electrolytes and stevia for sweetness. Flavors include Lavender Lemon (item number 30130) and Grapefruit Bergamot (item number 30129). Want to try both? Get the variety pack (item number 30988). You can order yours here.
