I made this mango salsa to top fish tacos my husband cooked for supper, but this dish is so quick and easy to make, that I even enjoy it from time to time as a dip for chips. It gives a good balance between sweet and tangy or tart. Bring your next dinner up a notch by trying this recipe out!
Ingredients
2 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
1/2 purple onion, finely diced
1 – 2 ripe avocados, cubed
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 drops of Lime Vitality Essential Oil (or a squirt of lime juice)
Cilantro

Steps
Prepare all ingredients by cubing, dicing, etc., then mix well and chill before serving. It’s really that easy! Like your food a little spicy? Add a jalapeno in the mix.

I served this delicious mango salsa on top of blackened fish tacos, but it’s also great as a dip with your favorite tortilla chips. This would be a great summer recipe, since it’s a light but filling meal, and it doesn’t take long to prepare!
