This recipe was originally shared in a Young Living facebook group and I’ve made a few changes to it. It’s a regular treat in our home as well as a staple for my essential oil classes. It’s a favorite of children and adults alike! My 7 and 4 year old enjoy helping me make these and everyone in our family loves eating them! This recipe is super easy, since there’s no baking involved, and has lots of healthy ingredients (including Young Living Thieves Vitality oil which can help to boost your immunity).
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup of honey (raw, local honey is my first choice, if available)
1/3 cup of ground flax
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
A dash of vanilla
2 drops of Young Living Thieves Vitality Oil
This is how simple it is: measure all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Roll out the mixture into individual sized portions. Let cool in the refrigerator to set. I bet these would also taste great rolled in some kind of crushed nuts or maybe even with a little sprinkle of cocoa powder. Yum! Enjoy!!

These are obviously packed full of goodness but they also look super yummy!
We love them here, especially my kids. I love that they’re eating something mostly nutritious while they feel like they’re having a treat.
